Romy is on a mission to humanize learning spaces (in-person, online, and hybrid). She is passionate about designing and delivering transformative learning experiences that integrate psychological safety, experiential learning, the neuroscience of learning, and behavior change. Romy support individuals, teams, and organizations across the globe to harness their full potential and cultivate learning cultures. She brings over a decade of international facilitation experience in more than 40 countries across 4 continents. She holds multiple certifications in Experiential Learning from the International Experiential Learning Network (IELN) and the Institute for Experiential Learning (IFEL), where she is also a faculty member. In 2024, Romy was recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice.

Elizabeth Solomon invested in equity and positive social change. Bridging business-oriented strategy and intuition-guided development, she has spent over two decades at the intersection of organizational culture, storytelling, and leadership development. Influenced by neuroscience, psychology, sociology, mindfulness, and mysticism, she helps individuals and organizations center purpose, communicate authentically, and redefine “business as usual.” Her approach is both data-driven and intuitive—grounded in the facts while embracing our humanity.
